The Core Problem
Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart dominate the market using "Dark Stores"—centralized mini-warehouses with massive overhead in rent, staff, and inventory management. This model is capital intensive and hard to scale to the "last mile" of every neighborhood.
Our Solution
Vizo is an inversion of the dark store model. Instead of building new warehouses, we provide the software and logistics infrastructure to turn existing Kirana shops into high-speed quick-commerce nodes.
By digitizing local inventory and providing a unified merchant dashboard, Vizo allows shopkeepers to compete with giants while the platform avoids the heavy Capex of traditional dark stores.
Impact & Architecture
The architecture focuses on "Zero-Inventory Ops." Vizo doesn't hold stock; it moves it. The system uses real-time local demand sensing to suggest inventory optimizations to merchants, ensuring the most popular items are always in the closest "node" to the user.
